A member of the Barreau du Québec since 2022, Me Duval practices primarily in civil and commercial litigation as well as real estate law. Her work also extends to business-related matters and estate law. She handles a wide range of contractual and commercial disputes, along with real estate matters, including transactions, brokerage agreements, latent defects, and residential and commercial leases.
Before joining Chabot Delorme, she practiced at a prominent law firm in Quebec, where she developed solid experience in civil and family law. From the outset of her career, she managed contested cases involving complex factual and legal issues, while regularly appearing before the courts, including the Superior Court.
She also serves as Secretary and a member of the Board of the Association des avocats et avocates en droit familial du Québec (AAADFQ), where she actively contributes to the organization’s positions on legislative projects and legal issues, as well as to representing the interests of its members before governmental and judicial authorities.
In addition, she volunteers with the Service d’avocats de garde en matière familiale (SAGE), where she helps make the law more accessible by assisting self-represented litigants. She also acts as a volunteer writer for the Jeune Barreau de Montréal, contributing to the dissemination of legal news.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal and adopts a pragmatic approach to litigation. Whenever appropriate, she favors negotiation and alternative dispute resolution methods to achieve effective and lasting results.
