We are looking for a lawyer with 3 to 5+ years experience in civil litigation and/or real estate law to join our team, with experience in the following areas of law:

• Real estate law

• Real estate brokerage law

• Compensation claims

• Construction law

• Hidden defects

• Residential (TAL) and commercial leasing

• Purchase and sale disputes

• Warranty plans for new residential buildings

• Drafting and reviewing contracts

• Bankruptcy

• Civil litigation

The lawyer hired for this position will be involved in a variety of cases, will be called upon to work as part of a team, and will even manage his or her own files. We are looking to add a member to our team!

Qualifications:

• Experience as a litigation lawyer (3 to 5 years or more)

• Member of the Quebec Bar

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English

• Ability to manage multiple files simultaneously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Good management of tasks and deadlines

• Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite (in particular Outlook, Word and Excel)
